{"id":16091,"date":"2020-11-22T17:39:37","date_gmt":"2020-11-22T17:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dermatly.com\/patologia-del-lipoma-pleomorfico\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T16:51:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T16:51:15","slug":"patologia-del-lipoma-pleomorfo","status":"publish","type":"glossary","link":"https:\/\/dermatly.com\/it\/patologia-del-lipoma-pleomorfico\/","title":{"rendered":"Patologia del lipoma pleomorfo"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"textBlock\">\n<h1>Caracter\u00edsticas Histol\u00f3gicas y Diagn\u00f3stico del Lipoma Pleom\u00f3rfico<\/h1>\n<p>Los <strong class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1540\">lipomas pleom\u00f3rficos<\/strong> son tumores <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"22\">benignos<\/span> que presentan caracter\u00edsticas citol\u00f3gicas <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1395\">at\u00edpicas<\/span>, lo que a veces puede llevar a confusi\u00f3n con el liposarcoma.<\/p>\n<h2>Histolog\u00eda Detallada del Lipoma Pleom\u00f3rfico<\/h2>\n<p>Al examinar secciones de lipoma pleom\u00f3rfico, se observa un tumor graso bien <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"37\">circunscrito<\/span> que contiene grasa madura intercalada con \u00e1reas m\u00e1s <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"956\">celulares<\/span> (Figura 1). Frecuentemente aparecen zonas de aspecto mucinoso y fusiforme, reminiscencias de lo visto en el lipoma de <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1659\">c\u00e9lulas fusiformes<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Entremezcladas se distinguen c\u00e9lulas similares a lipoblastos que son gigantes, a menudo <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"736\">multinucleadas<\/span>, y com\u00fanmente denominadas <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"739\">c\u00e9lulas gigantes en roseta<\/span> (o en flor) (Figuras 2-4, indicadas por flechas). Los <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"729\">n\u00facleos<\/span> de estas c\u00e9lulas gigantes pueden estar desplazados hacia la periferia de la c\u00e9lula y mostrar tinci\u00f3n (observables en las Figuras 2-4, flechas). Sin embargo, el lipoma pleom\u00f3rfico se distingue por la presencia de las caracter\u00edsticas c\u00e9lulas gigantes en roseta.<\/p>\n<p>Frente al Liposarcoma, la presencia de <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1535\">mitosis<\/span> suele favorecer el diagn\u00f3stico de liposarcoma. Adem\u00e1s, los cambios <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1600\">degenerativos<\/span> y las c\u00e9lulas gigantes en roseta mencionadas no son t\u00edpicas del liposarcoma.
