Melanomanalyse: Dicke und Streuungsrisiko (Miiskin)<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

Das Melanom<\/strong> Das Melanom in situ (an seinem urspr\u00fcnglichen Ort) oder ein sehr d\u00fcnnes Melanom stellt keine unmittelbare Gefahr dar. Das Melanom wird nur dann zu einer potenziell t\u00f6dlichen Erkrankung, wenn es tief in die dermalen Schichten w\u00e4chst und beginnt, sich in andere K\u00f6rperbereiche auszubreiten. Das Risiko dieser Ausbreitung, bekannt als metastasiertes Melanom, h\u00e4ngt von mehreren Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren ab, wobei der bestimmendste die Dicke des Prim\u00e4rtumors zum Zeitpunkt seiner chirurgischen Entfernung ist.<\/p>\n

Die Tiefe ist entscheidend f\u00fcr die Prognose. Melanome mit einer Dicke von weniger als 0,75 mm entwickeln selten Metastasen. Liegt die Dicke zwischen 0,75 mm und 1 mm, liegt die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Metastasen<\/strong> bei etwa 5 %. Dieses Risiko steigt mit der Tiefe progressiv an; beispielsweise birgt ein Melanom, das 4 mm Dicke \u00fcberschreitet, eine etwa 40 %ige Wahrscheinlichkeit einer systemischen Ausbreitung.<\/p>\n

Es ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass das Auftreten eines zweiten Melanoms nicht automatisch eine schlechte Prognose bedeutet, insbesondere wenn dieses in seinen Anfangsphasen erkannt wird. H\u00e4ufig ist ein fr\u00fchzeitig entdeckter zweiter Tumor weniger tief als der erste. Wenn die Entdeckung fr\u00fchzeitig erfolgt, besteht die Behandlung im Allgemeinen aus einer einfachen erfolgreichen Entfernung, was zu einer vollst\u00e4ndigen Genesung bei \u00fcber 90 % der betroffenen Patienten f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
